The ICF Orange County chapter brings coaching awareness to the Orange County community as part of the global International Coaching Week. You’ve heard of coaching, you’ve thought about hiring a coach, but you’re not sure what it’s about or what it can do for you. This is a great opportunity to experience coaching from 15 of Orange County’s top coaches with presentations focused on business, life and career. $19.95 gets you in to this full day event to experience coaching and make 2010 the year to unlock your potential. Coaching Management Teams for Peak Performance
This presentation will focus on coaching management teams to achieve peak performance. Using examples from his current practice, Doug will go through the steps that he uses to coach the CEO and his key managers using both individual one-on-one coaching and group coaching. He will discuss some of the most common issues he has encountered and what tools and procedures have produced the best results. He will also discuss what has not worked, the rules of engagement for all parties, and the typical coaching contract terms.

Doug is an experienced executive and Master Certified Coach. He received his coaching training from CTI, is a member of the ICF and a past president of the Orange County chapter.
Doug and his business partner, Ric Franzi, have been creating and facilitating CEO Peer groups in Orange County for over 16 years under the banner of Renaissance Executive Forums. In addition to acting as facilitator and trainer, Doug provides executive coaching to individual members and their management teams.
