An Evening with Author of the #1 Best-Seller “Sixty-Seconds to Yes!”
Don Spini personally conducts over 150 sales training sessions per year, making him the top sales coach in the nation. Don has been a successful sales professional and sales manager for the past 25 years, focusing primarily on the financial services and corporate insurance industry. Fed up with the poor quality and content of available sales training for his teams he designed in 1995 what is known today as The PRO Force Sales Mastery and Influence “Sixty-Seconds to Yes” workshop.
This simple yet powerful methodology shows participants how to create extreme interest in their product, service or ideas before they talk about their product, service or ideas. What his clients discovered is the methodology and skills were relevant in all aspects of their lives, not just in front of buyers. His participants came away with confidence in handling objections and conflict, directly resulting in better relationships, higher closing ratios and more revenue.
“Don Spini and the Pro Force Team have created a ’Must Attend Workshop’ for success in life and sales. As past President and Partner with Jim Rohn, I had the pleasure and the opportunity to spread the word on the power of Jim’s philosophy and principles of success. Don’s insight on the ‘Buy-Sell- Encounter’ is truly a significant break thru in understanding the customer’s decision making process.
I highly recommend Don and his team.” - Dan McBride
EXTRA BONUS: We talked Don into giving away his program. Isn’t that Crazy Cool!!! One Lucky Winner will get the complete Sixty-Seconds to Yes Program . All You have to do is Pre-register for the meeting and Show Up to WIN. We will draw the name at the meeting. So go for it!!!

Apr 14 Featured Presentation: What’s your BQ*? Posted by icfoc on Wednesday, March 23, 2011
The phrase “personal branding” has all but lost its meaning. Well-intended sources have used it to define everything from “dressing for success” to creating the perfect elevator speech. While these tactics can support the overall personal brand, they are not the brand itself. Branding lies within in a more profound and detailed strategy rooted in each individual’s unique points of differentiation and cultivated through the use of specific, measurable evaluations and outcomes. What’s Your BQ? is a content –rich program designed to help the coach use powerful, targeted questions to create personal brand awareness for their clients, supported by a metric-driven action. Adapted from EBQ*100 ( Executive Brand Quotient and 100 Day Plan) used for coaching and mentoring VP and C-Level Executives, this program will give a summary EBQ100’s most potent evaluation elements.
Participants will learn:
- How to Bridge the Brand Gap. Why what your clients don’t know about their personal brands CAN turn their career paths into a dead end.
- The BQ Test. This 40-question test will help you to ask specific, targeted questions to get to the heart of your clients’ branding roadblocks.
- The VRIO Analysis – the four most important letters in branding – how to use this analysis to create personal awareness for your clients, evaluate their unique core competencies, and give them a competitive advantage in the workplace.
- Leave with tools that you can use immediately to bring your clients closer to their goals. Build on your existing credibility as a certified coach by utilizing exclusive, time-honored branding techniques with proven results.

Mar 10 BCE: How to Debrief an Assessment Posted by icfoc on Friday, February 18, 2011
One of the most critical parts of using assessments in coaching is how you handle the meeting with your client when you review the assessment results and decide together how to interpret them. In many cases clients will feel defensive and vulnerable and choose to focus on the negative, which can put you in a challenging position as coach. How do you help a client get true personal value from an assessment and use it productively to get to the next level? In this experiential practicum, you will have an opportunity to sit with one of our assessment experts and actually walk through an assessment debriefing session. You will have a choice to work in depth with one of these three popular assessment tools: (1) The Leadership Agility 360 Assessment, often used with executives and leaders in corporate environments, (2) The Keirsey Temperament Sorter which can be used in team environments and for individual personal growth, or (3) the Strengths Finder, which is an excellent tool for career coaching and personal development. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a real sense for what it feels like to be debriefed and to witness an expert navigate the waters of providing useful feedback while maintaining a positive and productive environment for the client.
