Dave is a business coach and consultant who specializes in turnarounds for small to medium businesses.He coaches client-owners and their key people. Over 100 clients have engaged Dave over the past 12 years and realized solid and lasting results in the sales,organization,financial, and profitability areas of their businesses. Dave originally trained within the General Electric management system, and progressed from apprenticeship to Profit and Loss general manager over a 20 year period. He earned a BSEE and is Certified in Integrated Resources Management. During 12 years of consulting, Dave has developed improved coaching practices to meet the common and uncommon needs of his clients. He believes that an ethical and competent coach can deliver more lasting business and personal value than consulting alone. In 2009, he established CDS Partners and became a member of the Orange County chapter of the ICF. Dave continuously serves his clients and their companies located in California and the United States.
