Personal Life Experience:

Sam has over 28 years of experience in military and corporate leadership. As an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, he served in a variety of staff and command positions supervising and training people and managing equipment throughout the U.S. and Japan. As a leader and a part of the Management Team with a global corporation, he has held various positions in sales, management, and  leadership with his final position as Director, Leadership Development for a Fortune 50 Corporation. At this position, Sam's responsibilities included training curriculum development, executive coaching, and leadership training facilitation. He has been the speaker in a multitude of private and public sector organizations on topics related to leadership development and emotional intelligence.  These speaking engagements were provided to Management and Executive Level groups throughout the United States.

Sam received his B.S degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, and has earned his coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. He is also a trained facilitator for Situational Leadership II, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, and Targeted Selection.
