Lois had a successful and rewarding career in the food industry where she focused on developing exciting ingredients and menu items. In the last several years, she became passionate about coaching people. This led to coach training, certification and serving as an internal coach for a major corporation. Lois now has her own company and also serves on the Board of ICF Orange County.
