Michael Stratford is well known as a leader in the field of coaching, coach training and development. He has trained over 6,000 coaches worldwide.  As part of leveraging his expertise, he has authored curriculum for many coach training organizations.


Most recently he co-developed the Core Dynamics Coach Training with Tom Stone, the founder of Human Software Engineering.  Together they have created the Next Generation of personal and professional development.

In field of Executive Coaching, He has earned a reputation for helping others achieve a level of excellence in communication, leadership, and team performance.  Michael has coached a range of clients from executives and teams in Fortune 50 companies to Rock Bands.  In particular, he has worked with individuals and groups on Leadership Development at Cisco Systems, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, GE, the Whirlpool Corporation, Wells Fargo, and with the Next Gen organization – Blizzard Entertainment the world’s largest MMPORPG, (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game).


In the field of Education he teaches at the Chapman College Leadership Development Services having co-created their Coaching Skills for Business Leaders Program.  He was also part of the Wharton Business School Leadership Retreat Team whose focus was to upgrade the Retreat to be congruent with the MBA course curriculum.  He especially loved teaching Shakespeare Workshops in the Gross Pointe High School summer programs.


Michael specializes in the Art of Provocative Inquiry for Leadership Development. His creativity, mastery of language, and sensing acuity have helped his clients align with emerging trends and personally congruent solutions.  Michael has a light and playful approach.  Yet through his keen insights, masterful coaching and training, he quickly reveals a depth of knowledge and understanding on a wide range of human and organizational issues.

Carly has been accredited since 2004 as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation. She sold her holding in the business in 1999.


Carly is a founding Board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in the Australia/Asian regions and serves as an active member of the ICF Credential Review Committee, which evaluates candidates and certifies professional coaches globally. Originally from Australia, Carly has lived permanently in the United States since 2001. She is a huge sports enthusiast, having played competitive sport earlier in her life, and maintains a healthy lifestyle that includes a regular Bikram Yoga practice.
